Registration

Cancelling a lesson:
-Missing a lesson will be forfeited. No makeup lessons are offered.
-You are eligible for 1 makeup lesson a month with a doctors note submitted to our email admin@aquanaughts.co.za within 24hrs of your sickness.

Stopping lessons:
1 month written notice must be submitted to terminate lessons. This will be to terminate lessons for the following term of classes.

Accepting these terms you agree to our policies for our swim school.

Billings & payments:
-Lessons are billed on a flat monthly fee every 25th of the month. Payments are due upfront for the following month.
-Missed payments will result in your booking being removed.

Postponing or cancelling lessons from our side:
In the unlikely event that lessons need to be cancelled due to the facility being inaccessible or due to a coach not making lessons. You will be pro rata’d the lesson.

Registration fee:
There is a registration fee of R100 that is charged when you book for monthly lessons and annually.

Public holidays:
We are not open on public holidays and do not operate.

I agree that Aquanaughts swim school, its employees and representatives shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by me as a result of theft or damage.

I hereby indemnify Aquanaughts swim school, its employees and representatives, against any claim by any person arising directly or indirectly from my death, injury, loss or damage suffered or, allegedly caused Aquanaughts swim school.

I hereby acknowledge that Aquanaughts swim school reserve the right to alter the terms of this agreement or withdraw the offer of Client membership/use at its discretion.

I hereby acknowledge that no refunds shall be provided if cancellation is needed to be made within a term of lessons that has already been paid.
